E-Linkage group is an Internet Service Provider. Tagalder will acquire E-Linkage and its businesses to expand into ISP market in Hong Kong and China. 

At the same time, Tagalder entered a Letter of Intend to acquire Modernize Limited of Hong Kong. Modernize owns and developed the first price comparison Internet business in Hong Kong.  The future business will include traveling booking and reservation, consumer goods auction and other related businesses.
