Tagalder's Chairman, Murray Eades, is pleased to welcome Mrs. Maureen Espin to its Board of Directors. Mrs. Espin has more than twenty years experience in the area of corporate compliance. She has provided both accounting and compliance services to Tagalder since July 1996.

Mrs. Espin’s connection with Tagalder from its outset gives her a broad based knowledge of the Company and its background. She is well known to, and trusted by, many long term shareholders of the Company. This has enabled her to handle shareholder relations in difficult times. The depth of knowledge and experience that she brings to the Board will be a significant resource for her fellow Directors.
