Tagalder Global Innovations Ltd.

Tagalder is negotiating with New Dimension Production (HK) Limited ("NDP")  to form Tagalder Global Innovations Ltd. ("TGI"), which will acquire NDP and two other advertisement companies in Hong Kong and China.

NDP US, established since 1987 in San Francisco, is a full service Design & Production company specializing in computer-aided interior & set design and fabrication, special i.e.,  effects, intelligent lighting & laser technology. 

Its major cliental include big names such as Disney, Fox, NBC, AT&T, Phillips, Sega, Warner Brothers, etc.

NDP is renowned for its innovative turnkey designs & operations for trade shows, conventions, motion pictures & video productions, concerts & special events, as well as theater, disco/club, and shopping mall installations.

New Dimension Productions (H.K.) LTD was established in 1997 to support the company's on-going & future projects in the Far East. The scope of business as well as basic operations of NDP- HK are very similar to the U.S. operation despite the geographical and cultural differences.

NDP's scope of business can be generally divided into the following 4 categories:

1. Concept & Theme development and implementation
2. Computer-aided Interior & Set design and fabrication
3. Lighting, Laser, Special Effects and AV design and consultation
4. Lighting, Laser, Robots, Blimps, PA & related equipment sales, rental, installation, & programming

The formation of TGI is one of Tagalder's strategic move into the multi-media production and advertisement company that it will become the major force in promoting Tagalder's business in China and the global market. 

Tagalder is ready for the great push when China becomes WTO member.
