Tagalder's President, Roger Lam, informed that the new management team has turned this company from over C$750,000 in debt into a multi-national, diversified company with multi-million in assets.

At the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation, held on October 30, 2001, shareholders voted unanimously in favor of completion of the acquisitions proposed by the board.

The company now has vast interest in technologies, manufacturing and international trading.
