Tung Shing becomes Tagalder's key partner for its acquisition and merger of other Asian manufacturers and will be developed into Tung Shing Group of companies..

Plywood Product

Tung Shing has entered a joint cooperation operation with Guangdong Construction Engineering 5th Corporation ("GDCE5") to produce plywood products for GDCE5's construction business in China. The factory is located in Wai Dong, Guangdong.

Starting from first quarter of 2001, the Joint Cooperation production will produce the following wood products for supplying to GDCE5:

Market

Tagalder and Tung Shing will expand its marketing effort into the international market. Tung Shing has a strong customer base in Asian countries such as China, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Tagalder will concentrate its marketing in Korea, North America and Middle East.


Fashion Shoes

Tung Shing Development Ltd, Tagalder's associate company, has successfully acquired 75% interest in Shenzhen Punluen Industrial Co., Ltd, a fashion shoe manufacturer. The profitable shoe company has annual sales over US$5 million.

Tagalder will add shoes to their product to distribute to Asian countries, Korea, Middle-East and North America.
